Tom’s role with the Sarasota Manatee Federation is to counter antisemitism and promote a safe and secure Jewish community. You may have attended a training session he held for us on situational awareness. It was super informative.

Our Federation is part of the North American Secure Community Network SCN is the official safety and security organization for the Jewish community. Nationally, SCN maintains a Duty Desk with an on-call analyst available to Jewish community leaders and government partners. The Duty Desk provides 24-hour threat monitoring, intelligence analysis, and liaison with local, state, and federal agencies. Tom has his finger on the pulse of this issue.
